Making SWOT Analysis

 SWOT Analysis

SWOT analysis is a method to figure out a condition and evaluate a problem, project or business concept based on internal factor and external factor, this is Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. This method is mostly using in business evaluation to find a strategy to be used. SWOT Analysis is only figure out the situation and not as a problem solver.
SWOT Analysis divided into four factor, this is:
1. Strengths
is a strengths condition that exists in the organization, project or business concept. Strengths analyzed is a factor that is contained in the organization, project or business concept itself.
2. Weakness 
is a weakness condition within organization, project or business concept. weakness analyzed is a factor that is contained in the organization, project or business concept itself.

3. Opportunities

is a developing opportunities that happen in the future. the exist condition is an opportunities from outside organization, project or business concept itself. for example the competitor, government policy and the environment.

4. Threats 

is a condition that threaten from the outside. this threats can disturb the organization, project or business concept itself.

then, make a SWOT Analysis matrix and decided as a SWOT information table. after that, make a compare between internal factor that include Strength Weakness and outside factor, Opportunity and threat. Then, we can do alternative strategy. The chosen strategy is the most profitable with the lowest risk and threat.

besides alternative option, SWOT analysis can be used to do improvement and improvisation. by knowing our strength and weakness, we can do strategy for our self improvement. one of strategy is by increasing our strength and opportunity and doing another strategy, decreasing our weakness and threat,

Mungkin salah satu strateginya dengan meningkatkan Strength dan opportunity atau melakukan strategi yang lain yaitu mengurangi weakness dan threat.
