Knowing your passion

Fellow Toastmaster and Distinguished Guest

I have a simple question .. do you really love what you do? Do you really love your job? This is very important, because to get a happy life we have to love everything we do … We do what we love because we have passion on it include career!

Passion are activities that leads us to satisfying life that manifest our values and joy. They are the activities that we naturally enjoy. The first clues are the activities in our lives that gave as the deepest satisfaction we can remember. Passion what we enjoy the most and something that motivate us to wake up in the morning.

Here are some questions that can guide us to finding our ultimate passion:
1. What puts a smile on your face?
Is there a particular event or topic taht makes your whole face just lighten up? Whatever it is makes you smile and make you happy whenever you encounter it, this is a sign of something you are passionate about. I believe that happiness and passion walk hand in hand. Think about something that you do or that perhaps you used to do that brings peace to you when you do it. Peace is happiness and happiness is passion.

2. What sparks your creativity?
Think about someting in your life where you seem to always expand its horizon, always coming up with new, fun and exciting ideas relating to that subject. Whatever make you creative, is probably something that you are very passionate about.

3. What would you do for free?
I truly believe that if you follow what you are passionate about without thinking about if it will make you rich or not, you will end uo being successful. Do you think that the most successful people in the world got to where they are because they wanted to get rich? Absolutely not, they did success just by product of their dedication.
4. What makes you unafraid of failure?
When we do what we are passionate about, we have total confidence in our abilities. This makes us not worry about failing, because in our mind, how can we fail when we do what we love? Doing what we love is a success, so failure is like impossibility.
5. What would you regret not having tried?
If you were at the end of your life, what would you regret not having pursued? There is nothing worse than arriving at the end of the journey and having regret. This is why finding our passion and following it is so importmant.
If we haven’t found your passion, then we need to create a new experience. The new experience that you have will help you with next step: finding a goal to work towards. I think the only way you can find what you’re passionate about is to try a lot of different things. A like become a passion when it repeats with regularly. If there’s something you like to do that makes you feel more enthusiastic after ten hours of doing it than when you started, you may be on the right track.

So, It is important to find our passion. When we work based on our passion, we already in career path. After finding our passion, it is important for us to determine the purpose of life. The more clearly and detail our purpose of life, it can be more to realized. Then, take an action with the best attitude to achieve that.

Expert says, Live your life so that you do not have regrets. If you want long term success, follow your passion. What is success? It is not becoming the best, but becoming our self-best 
